New Markers In Shop

These are the new sets of stitch markers now available in the shop on Etsy. I love the alphabet letters and the ability to add my practice of doing mantra meditation into knitting with these new stitch marker sets

New Packaging

Behold.. new packaging! I found a template for these cute little puff envelopes which I've resized to fit my stitch marker bags... so all stitch marker orders will come packaged as in the photo above.

Shop Re-Opened!!!

I've re-opened my Etsy shop and am in the process of restocking it with stitch markers, handspun yarns, and hand knit items. Come visit!

New Year!

Happy 2008!
After giving my poor wrist & hand a rest from knitting, spinning & making stitch markers I'm gearing up for the new year at the shop. The Mousie Masala website has had a face lift thanks to my talented husband & his awesome 3d graphics... and I'm finally rid of that difficult shop that made me want to tear my hair out. I'm much happier over at Etsy.com and I love the exposure that the site has given me.. The website is still "under construction.. but I hope to have it completed in the next week or so.

I'll be working on the "gallery" section of the Mousie Masala Website to show all of the sold items from the shop and the special orders that I have done for various folks.

I wanted to thank all of my customers at both shops for an awesome year.. Here's to a prosperous 2008!!

markers postponed

hi folks..
due to an injury to my hand/wrist (i fell on it and have either sprained or fractured it) i was unable to update the shop with stitch markers. the orifice hooks were put into the shop today because they were finished/ photographed and only had to be uploaded.. but the winter stitch markers from last post are going to have to wait until this Friday's update (assuming its not a fracture)

sorry for the lack of upper case letters.. but i am typing with my left hand to get this up here.

Update this week- "Let it snow!!"

Hello out there! I will be having another update this week for the shop sometime either Thursday or Friday at the latest. I've got new "holiday" and "winter" fimo stitch marker sets (now in sets of 4!!) on their way into the oven - and some new (about 4-5) beaded and fimo spinning wheel orifice hooks which are done and photographed.. waiting for their arrival in the shop.

As for the web space at www.mousiemasala.com - I've taken it down "for maintenance" because my very talented husband (who does web design & 3d graphics) is working his magic on the site space. I *will* be removing the original shop from the site because it was an utter nightmare to try and update... things were always wrong, not actually in stock, and mostly because I'm not much of a technical person and that shop program required a degree in rocket science.

New Handspun !

Just added to my Etsy Shop - 110 yards of handspun Corriedale wool yarn. This is a worsted to bulky weight 3 ply yarn in neon green & purple- super bright!

I've updated the shop over at www.mousiemasala.etsy.com with some new headscarves! More will be arriving throughout the week including some pirate/skull themed fabrics and some gorgeous nature type prints.

Shop Update Tonight!

hello everyone..
I'm planning on updating the shop sometime tonight (after 5pm EST) to give everyone who works late a chance to shop. Its going to be a 'small' update in size but large in possibilities for the future of the shop.. so be sure to keep an eye on this page for the update announcement. If you are a hand-spinner.. you'll definitely like this update!

Update is Live!

Its a small update this time.. but there are a few new things in the shop.

• Due to the popularity of the sheep bags.. I've added a tie-dye version of the design. These are printed on thrifted tie-dye tee shirt pieces and are going to be available as I'm able to acquire the shirts!

• I've added one of each of the purple sheep & red sheep small project bags

• More Llama, Llama, Duck bags!

Handspun added to shop!

I added 3 skeins of handspun merino to the shop for sale today.. they are 'one of a kind' and will not be restocked when they are gone. All of my merchandise is from a smoke free home and is kept well out of the way of my one cat. Enjoy!

Shop Update - October 31st

Just a quick note that I will be updating the shop (at www.mousiemasala.com ) on OCTOBER 31st with brand new sets of fimo stitch markers. These are not restocks of currently available designs.. but are entirely new to the shop and to my product line.
I have LOWERED my prices for the holidays on the fimo sets and the spinning wheel hooks..
I'm going to be updating often in November and early December for your Holiday shopping.. so stay tuned here to be notified.

New Shop--- New Update!!

Last week during all of the Blogger downtime and screw ups.. I got really fed up with not being able to access my shop site. I took a look at my finances and decided that I needed to take the plunge into dot.com ownership - and with some programming help www.Mousiemasala.com was born.
Even after all of the problems and being sick as a dog to boot - I'm up and running - the shopping cart and check out is working and its all ready to go! If you have any problems, please leave a comment. I hope y'all enjoy the new improved shop..
(PS. All of you Firefox users will have to bear with me and view the site in Internet Explorer.. something is wonky with Firefox and the photos overlapping the writing.. sorry.. I'll work on this)

Smallish Update

Currently in stock in the shop:

PLEASE NOTE: "Counting Sheep" sets are being done by special order only. The current wait list (as of the date of this post) is 30 days from your order date simply because I have a HUGE waiting list for these sets.

ALSO: The "Llama,LLama, Duck" Sets have come to an end! (for those not already on the waiting list... ) I will no longer be taking special/custom orders for this set .. but may be releasing some sets closer toward December for Christmas. These will be "In stock -- limited quantities" IF they are released again.
